The store puts foraging alongside farming and crafting. Gathering can contribute useful finds and uncover aspects of the town’s history, but a specific discovery may involve more context than its location alone. This overview focuses on the activity and its connections rather than revealing story discoveries.

Some seeds come from foraging

The farming development log separates seeds that can be purchased from seeds found through foraging. It also gives seeds season and plot conditions. Finding a seed is therefore different from confirming where and when it can grow. Use seasons and seed information together with farm plots.

Fishing and mining are separate questions

Fishing and mining are listed as ways of discovering ingredients. That statement does not establish fishing spots, ore levels, bite rates or a shared loot table. The Ashenridge region index includes the coast, docks and mines, but a named area is not evidence that a particular resource is obtained there.

Follow a find to a documented use

The crafting overview distinguishes kitchen, shed and investigation-related crafting. It does not treat every gathered object as an ingredient for every station. A later item record should link the find to its specific confirmed use, with quantities and story-sensitive details handled separately.
